1. Background of the Study
In the era of globalization, educational institutions face intense competition due to rapid technological advancement, increased stakeholder expectations, and global benchmarking of educational quality. Schools are no longer evaluated only by academic outcomes but also by the quality of educational services they provide. Service quality management has therefore become a strategic approach for schools to enhance their competitiveness, attract students, and maintain stakeholder satisfaction. The article emphasizes that improving educational service quality is essential for schools to survive and excel in a globalized educational environment, where parents and students act as informed consumers who compare institutions based on service standards and outcomes.
2. Research Objectives
The main objective of the study is to examine how educational service quality management can be used as a strategic tool to increase school competitiveness in the era of globalization. Specifically, the study aims to analyze the role of service quality dimensions in improving school performance and stakeholder satisfaction.
